I taught myself into becoming an intermediate swimmer from a complete beginner in less than two months. I’m going to share how I did this so you can too.

When I joined the gym over two months ago I hadn’t even a shred of intention to learn, all I wanted to do was get off my butt and do some exercise, but as I watched others I began to become curious at how they were stroking so effectively and and moving so smoothly through the water, because the best I could do was move my arms and stay afloat. So I set it upon myself to learn.

Why should I swim, what are the benefits?
Swimming is a great all rounder exercise – it gets all the muscles going.
